My name is Stephanie Warchol and I have been teaching art in Pittsford for eleven years. I began teaching at Sutherland High School, and then for a while I traveled between both middle schools before finding my home at CRMS. I teach art to all three grade levels, am the CRMS Art Club advisor, and the CRMS Art Department Leader. I am also the Executive Vice President of The Pittsford District Teachers' Association.
I have been involved in the arts since I was in high school. I went to The University at Buffalo where I received my BFA with a concentration in photography. I worked as a photographer right out of college and still own my own photography business. After about five years I decided to go back to college to get my Masters Degree and teaching certificate from Nazareth College.
I love to travel (especially to the Adirondacks), run & ride my bike, and take photographs of nature. You can often find me at local art museums and festivals. I love to see art, make art, and learn about new art mediums. I love art so much that I married a graphic designer. Mr. Warchol is a Senior Art Director at Partners + Napier and designs advertisements that can be found on TV, the radio, online, on billboards, and even on buses! We have a Boston Terrier named Rocko, he is kind of artistic, but mostly makes sculptures out of chewed shoes!
