Your goal over the upcoming vacation:
Locate or photograph at least TWO reference images that could provide the basis for an acrylic painting.
Your images should:
•Include architectural structures and space showing the use of one or two-point PERSPECTIVE.
• Be photos taken by you or someone in your family –go out with your digital camera and photograph buildings or a location that you find interesting – think about barns, houses, cityscapes, businesses, industrial places. Look for family vacation photos that could work well.
Please DO NOT rely on the internet as a source for your references! Subject matter is everywhere you look.
On Monday 1/4 you must have the image with you! It is okay to bring it on a jump/flash drive or camera memory card. We can then print them in color during class.
